Covid-19 update

We would like to assure our clients that we are taking all the necessary precautions to reopen safely and look forward to seeing you all again soon. However, please be aware that we will have strict guidelines to adhere to for our reopening:

Our salon

*  Social distancing guidelines in place.
*  Eco friendly disposable gowns and towels .
*  Stylists will be split into separate day shifts to minimise footfall.
*  Hand sanitiser available upon entry. Salon and equipment use will be in line with required guidance with our risk assessment.
*  All staff will be wearing appropriate PPE. 

We ask of you

*  Masks are mandatory. Please let us know in advance if you have a medical condition to prevent this.
*  If you are unwell or if anyone at home is unwell, please stay at home and let us know ASAP.
*  You must attend your appointment alone unless you have a carer and all must adhere to guidelines.
*  Strictly no walk in appts available. Appointment only and please be on time.
*  Make appointments via email on our website, social media channel or telephone.

Client arrival and exit

*  Please wait outside until called in by a member of staff.
*  Water cooled in disposable cups only can be offered. You can bring your own but must be taken away with you. No magazines will be offered.
*  Avoid bringing any unnecessary coats, hats, bags etc with you. Any you do bring, keep them with you on the floor.
*  Card payments preferred. If you need to pay by cash please try and bring the correct payment.
